I tried SSI's T4 tune after all the hype(The quote that was used when marketing this tune, "It will blow your mind" lol). It was not impressive at all, the power would completely drop off after 3rd gear/ it seemed like the tranny wasn't sure what gear it should be in, and my damned cooling fan ran all the time. Went with an MPT tune, loving it, steady power from 1st-6th problem free the first time...

Shawns computer went down and he lost all of his files. He is just now getting back up and running. There is also a new tune out T5. I am betting he is waiting until it finished to send it out to all of the new customers. Get on his forum and put in a request. Also call him again.

Yes the fan runs more to keep your **** cool and safe. Shawn can change the fan setting but you won't get as much performance running hotter. Also I think something is wrong if your top end falls off. I have one of the few maybe only 100 mph tune only 4x4 screws. That's top end there. You need to communicate this with shawn. He will fix it. Comming here and bitching isn't getting you anywhere. Sorry to sound like a jerk but its the truth man.

Just so happen I filmed my truck today. Listening to my new Aero3030 xl muffler. Idk what that guy taking about power falling off after 3rd gear. You can see 30 mph to 70 wot run.
You don't run 13.40 and 13.28 with power falling off after 3rd lol.

I spoke with him on the phone twice already. He said it would be sent out the next day the last time i talked to him, and that his computer problem was almost finished. That was last week. How many times should i try and call the guy? How many more unanswered emails should i send him?

Exactly the prove he make good tune he always work on it and always upadate to have the best tune on the market. He is the only tuner to constantly work to stay the best. I never heard other tuner workink constanly on their tune

Sorry but i call BS! You either never got a tune from Shawn or never gave him a chance to fix it. Every truck is different thats why he makes custom tunes. The base is the same but then he goes from there. You also probably gave him the wrong hex code as thats what it sounds like from your issues. Also could have been a bad load. But apparently your happy with less.

Time for what? I simply stated a fact. Check the list. My truck went 100 mph tune only with one of the heaviest configurations possible. How did it? Top end power. Its simple and ever racer knows that mph = power. As far as what else I said its completely true. If you have an issue contact shawn and he will get it fixed. I don't know what else you people want.
