Has anyone had problems getting their tunes from southern speed? I ordered and sent payment for a tune 11 days ago. Have contacted Shawn multiple times by email and phone. Still dont have a tune. The tuners ive ordered from in the past have always got it to me within a day or two. I mean torrie sent me a tune within 30 mins of ordering. I opened up a paypal dispute to get my money back... but id rather just get my tune! Wtf is up southern speed

Iv been seeing this more and more lately which sucks cause I want a SSI tune myself but if there customer service is this bad then I may go elsewhere. And I don't buy the whole "down computer" excuse either, I know he has a smart phone that he can email people even to say "sorry" and at least touch base. No time?... how about when he's on the ****ter? Lol. Either way this doesn't look good on his name.

Shawns computer went down and he lost all of his files. He is just now getting back up and running. There is also a new tune out T5. I am betting he is waiting until it finished to send it out to all of the new customers. Get on his forum and put in a request. Also call him again.

I tried SSI's T4 tune after all the hype(The quote that was used when marketing this tune, "It will blow your mind" lol). It was not impressive at all, the power would completely drop off after 3rd gear/ it seemed like the tranny wasn't sure what gear it should be in, and my damned cooling fan ran all the time. Went with an MPT tune, loving it, steady power from 1st-6th problem free the first time...

In my opinion i Tow each day my Work trailler and I love it . Il have a 10000 lbs fifthwheel and it Tow like champion . I have ssi t4 tune and 5star tune too and each tuner have their advantage.Ssi have more low end and 5star are the inverse he have more high .
