Default What engine is in your f150
Ford now sell more v6 engines in there F150 then V8's.

Ford F150 sales as of 2012 where
43% ecoboost
11 % 3.7 L V6
46% V8's. Ford doesn't brake down the V8 sales

What do you have in your truck?

It looks like a lot if people on this forum have the Ecoboost engine with almost 60 percent of the votes.

I doubt you'll get an accurate percentage on the 3.7. Many of those trucks go to fleet sales.

I have the 5.0L. I would rather have the 3.7 since I dont need the power of the 5.0L when the 3.7 has 302hp, and the 3.7 gets better mpg than all of them.

My eco gets around 22 - 25 mpg at 60mph... cant' really beat that, and I have all the power I'll ever need.
