I have same noise my truck is also a 2013 f150 4 door xlt . Predator #7
I thought maybe it was a exhaust leak at the manifold but I just put jba headers on my truck and the noise is still there. Ford should have to fix this problem for free.

My 2022 f150 fx4 has 140,000. #3 cylinder is bad, luckily I have max care warranty up to 150,000 so I am covered new engine on its way to ford dealer.
