So what you're saying is that this is definitely a condensation symptom even though the air after the CAC comes directly into the middle of the intake manifold and is split evenly between the banks?

OR is it because there is some kind of PCV link to that one particular side?

You could assume/ theorize that the condensation/oil mixture getting forced into the engine from the cac under boost, which causes severe misfires, and sometimes damages the cat, always on the same bank could also be damaging the o2 sensor on that bank as well.

If it would damage the cat i would think it would be highly likely to damage the o2 as well. At least to the point to make it inaccurate and cause differences between bank 1 and 2

I guess I'm still confused as to how it would only be on one side?

Additionally, it confuses me as to why the front of the TB isn't caked with slimy oil residue since obviously this stuff is being forced through it at very high speeds. It always looks super clean when I check it out.

I finally figured out how to data log with Torque Pro. I went out yesterday and collected a whole bunch of data in regards to the fuel trims, throttle position, speed, O2 values etc...

The average LTFT for Bank 1 was -11.3257 the Avg for Bank 2 was -5.3549. Average voltage for O2 Bank 1 was .571 and O2 bank 2 was .616.

So I decided to graphic the O2 activity over the trip and plotted the speed like (grey line in km) along with it over time because I figured it would give an idea of what was happening in the vehicle at the time.

One thing I noticed was bank 1(blue line) seems to drop voltage at random when compared to bank 2(orange line). I.e. it's read WAY richer at times when bank 2 isn't moving at all. What really seems weird is what bank 1 (blue line) is doing right at the end there after I parked. In the truck you can noticably feel a shutter right then.

Any ideas anyone? Any suggestions on what data to compare?

You may be able to call mike at 5star or a local tuning shop near you and ask about it. I'm sure they would be able to explain it or tell you that you have a possibly bad sensor. Did you try resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery to see if that resets the fuel trims. Just to see what the truck does from there?

I'm sure though a good tuner could explain what your seeing and help you remedy the problem.

I've not done a KAM reset. I'll try that soon. Maybe throw a bottle of techron in there for some giggles.

Just seems to weird to me that both O2s are acting so different.
