Is the noise a squeal or chirping sound? If so, see https://www.f150forum.com/f70/resolu...-noise-277320/

That is the bad one to get to . I just pulled my turbo today and replaced the manifold and gasket. And honestly, it would probably be easier to pull the turbo than to try and pull that line from behind it... That fitting is like $4. It has an o-ring inside of it like stated above. I am glad I replaced all of mine while I had it all apart.

It's a repeating chirping noise. Several chirps per second when accelerating. Only coming from the left side. Present on harder acceleration, but silent at all other times. Can be heard from a distance on the exterior.

Did you visit the thread I linked? Sounds exactly like the issue I had. Any chance you could video it?

<<<@!2!@>>>

Took me a couple of tries to capture the noise. It's pretty faint in the video, but that's due to the phone. It's not a typical turbo sound, more of a chitter. Not what I'd expect for an exhaust leak.
Thoughts?

Hate to say, but I would bet $1000 that its an exhaust leak just like mine. Yours hasn't gotten bad yet... But it will. The video below is of my truck.

Yea, that's the same noise. I remember the video from several months ago.

Anybody have a set of headers for the EB?

The manifolds are surprisingly cheap from ford. I think I had $100 in my whole job... You will need the manifold, gasket, turbo flange gasket, and i would go ahead and replace the coolant fittings too.

Default I can't get my coolant line clip in .

I too had the exhuast leak and am in the middle of putting the turbo coolant lines back in. I can't get it to seat properly. I'm using the original clips that came on it.
