I will save you a lot of reading!
Its going to come down to Livernois and SCT(with a custom tune)
Depending on your needs, driving habits each excel in different areas.
Bang for your buck SCT cant be beat
HP and track times livernois cant be beat
All the below have had a bad rap for one reason or another
Superchips
Edge (same as above)

They all compromise your warranty. You want to avoid the dealer telling you that you no longer have a warranty because you have a tuner on .......... don't put a tuner on.

But its true If you tune and if you break and if ford discovers the tune [and they will if they look] your powerteain warenty will go away. if in doubt ask the people supplying the tune. it can not be hidden if Ford desides to look for it. Its great to play but be prepared to pay.
