Sorry to hear you're having problems. I'm going to suggest the possibility of a lazy injector. Not that it's not functioning correctly per say, but it's unable to adequately atomize especialy after sitting overnight, due to build up. Toss in a bottle of this in your tank & see if you notice an improvement by the end of your tank full:
