Lightbulb Torque app. reading needed from a good ecoboost

I'm looking to find the problem of bad MPG on my 2012 ecoboost (arround 11mpg since new now at 11000miles) since the truck is new. The dealer is not able to find the cause even after 6hrs looking at the truck with the computer. They find the long trim (LTFT) to be off at -10 all the time but don't find why, the fuel test is also bad (highway test), but didn't find why.

I need help from a good ecoboost truck and his owner to tell my those values with torque app or anything else, just to compare from my bad truck. Here is my values, if you can add your values, that will help me a lot to understand if my value are "normal" because I don't understand why I always have - LFTF trim without having - STFT that doesn't make sense.

LTFT bank1 (same for bank2)= -10% idle, -9% WOT, -8% part load
STFT bank1 (same for bank2)= 0±3 all the time
BOOST= max at 13 at wot in 2tn gear
Air/fuel ratio C (calculated) = constant swing from 14 to 15 at idle, cruising at 55MPH swing from 14.4 to 15 (on my other car, the calculated value is always 14.7 at idle with no swing at all).

Thanks for your help.

I have a 2012 Ford 150 Ecoboost and have the Torque app and OBDII adapter. My truck was manufactured June of 2012.

As for your questions about those values, without double checking my results I can say for sure I see about 15 psi of boost. This is most I see and usually in 3rd of 4th gear.

I did notice when viewing the live parameters there are a few that show red and say there out of spec. Never thought too much of those red values but could possibly mean that a sensor is faulty, not too sure.

Trim-1.5 to 0
Fuel 13.4 to 14.5
Max boost around 16 psi

Send me a pm, I am willing to help.

Disconnect the battery for min 15 mins. That should clear the keep alive memory and reset everything to nominal, the LTFT is stuck where it shouldn't be and could have been caused by a sensor fault from day 1. I forget how many cycles it takes to reset but the battery trick will kick everything back to a preset level.

The dealer should have already tried that but just in case do it your self, don't use any setting saving battery plugged into a power port or something, just manually reset your radio presets.

Drive it long enough for the computer to relearn everything (200-500 miles) will usually do the trick and then recheck your fuel economy.

I already tried the batterie test, but it didn't help, the LTFT trim is always arround -10 since the beginning.
When I put my SCT tune, LTFT was -13 and max boost at 16, but I used it only for 2000miles because after that, dealer was trying to find the root cause of bad MPG. I was under the impression that my tune truck was as fast as the demo that I tried before buying my truck.

If someone else can confirm that the LTFT trim is not at -10 at idle or -9 WOT and max boost is not 13. I try to push the dealer arround this track and maybe try another ECU.

My a/f stays at 14.2-14.6, Calculated it's 14.7. Max boost I see ever is about 13.8....and typically around 9lbs on normally driving. She has 600 Miles on the clock and averaging 14.3....70% city, 20% hwy, and 10% WOT and passing. That's all I really monitor and IAT...they are normally 9* above ambient under load and 12* not.

LTFT bank1 = -11.5% idle, 10% WOT,
STFT bank1 = 2.3 idle,

LTFT bank2 = -9% idle, 10% WOT
STFT bank2 = 1.6 idle

Air/fuel ratio C (m) = 14.5-15
