Isn't that called not putting oil in it?
Had a coworker that never checked oil in an explorer. Ran it completely out of oil...

Anyway back to topic I'm just waiting to see if my timing chain rattling gets any worse. Scared the crap out of me when I first heard it. Being a little over two years after engine rebuild from that camshaft and more timing issues isn't cool.
