I am not a big fan of full synthetics in boosted engines. I think that plain old Dino oil from any reputable manufacturer is fine. I change the oil at 5000 with a good filter and call it a day... I typically use castrol gtx....

Just make sure it has the recommended SAE rating....

motorcraft oil and filter its what ford recommends and seems to work just as good as any other oil. just my 2cnts
