How did you clean the MAP sensor? Just regular old MAF cleaner or Throttle Body cleaner?

Yeah throttle body cleaner. Just basically sprayed it heavily until the fluid dripping off went from brown to clear. Then let it soak a bit, cleaned outside with a small brush, then shot a bunch more cleaner at it. Going to recheck it when I do plugs to see if the hole in the IC is keeping much oil from getting up that far.

Look closely at the new MSD FI specific plugs....this video is pretty convincing:

Oh, and anyone that doubts oil contamination harms fuel economy and power output, thousands of examples out there showing it.

Here is one recent before and after result:

-*Other thoughts*on the results. The contents of each phase showed me the RX does a better job of removing more than oil. It always contained more water/fuel type liquids, while the UPR contained mostly oil. I don't know if it is due to the can design, the 'out front' mounting style of the RX, or both.
For anyone buying or thinking of upgrading their UPR can, I strongly recommend figuring out how to mount it out front, and would definitely add the valve that Joe@UPR is offering. I really think the 'out front' cooling effect will help it catch even more, and the valve would be worth the price for ease of emptying it. Having the RX can to compare to when emptying, the front mount and valve are no brainers.
As I said at the end of phase 2, my MPGs have increased slightly. I have done nothing different to my truck over the past year, other than adding the RX can to the UPR for this test. My driving style is very similar from tank to tank, I fill up at the same stations, etc. But since having both cans in series, and essentially removing 95% or more of the PCV byproducts, my MPGs have increased. Up to that point my lifetime MPGs were 17.5. Nearly every tank for the past year gave me the same results, 17.5. I would have some trips that would net 20 MPG, but the other short trips would always pull it back down for the same tank average - close to 17.5. My recent tank averages have all been over 18 MPG, with a few over 19, and as high as 19.5. My last tank included hauling approximately 1000 lbs of payload, through some long hills/mountains of PA, and I got 18.8 MPG. It could be the summer fuel mix combined with an engine that is broken in, but the timing is peculiar. Whatever the reason, I like it!

And dozens of others on the other forum where the users state their before and after results showing on average, 1-3 MPG improvement average as long as stopping all the oil ingestion. Only 1 system to date shows it does this.

Sales must have slowed this week. Random advertising posts in unrelated threads.

Was hoping this thread would help others with the loss of power, maybe it will help sell some catch cans instead. Autolites going in tonight. After that if I still have some issues not sure what I'll look at.

Autolites in with about 100 miles on them. I also found a coil boot folded under itself when changing plugs so replaced that. Almost all of the terminals on the Brisks were loose. Truck idles so smooth now. Seems as if all of the quirks have disappeared after getting rid of the Brisk plugs. After replacing plugs went back to stock then reprogrammed with my SSi tune. Truck just goes now...shifts better, more consistent boost levels and performance. If this keeps up I think I am back to 100%. I put around 30k on my truck a year and after all my issues with plugs, I am thinking I will probably just do them every year as a maintenence item.

Jury is out on doing coils after feeling how much better my truck is now. Will be doing an intercooler though. I'd like to get a few hundred more miles on before saying it is fixed 100%.

Its amazing how finicky these trucks are.

There are several things that can be done to address the issue, but eliminating the gunk mix from being ingested is a major one. The MSD plugs are a no brainer as well.....they are the first made just for forced induction spark blow-out issues as the video shows.
