Keepin' the lights on!
I would call them. The original service writer who ordered my CAC is no longer at the dealer I use so when my CAC came in no one called. I called at about the 3 week mark. Its getting installed as I type this.

I finally took her in and now I'm waiting on a new intercooler, dam, and converter. He's gonna replace all of them. I also got a phone call from corporate apologizing for the inconvenience.

Did not want to start another thread since there are about thousands of them....
My July 21 built, Sept 21 delivered 2012 Lariat 157" w/3.73 at 3370 miles today threw the code today. I had "fall-on-face" twice already. Recently, I noticed that it was getting "jumpy" lurching forward, hard shifting, etc. Today, I left work, went around the parking and waited at the light to make a left turn. I took off with ease - NO HARD ACCELERATION - and costing downhill to the next traffic light. The CEL came on and stayed on. Drove to the dealership. But of course, they have never heard of it, right! It only came with the code P0430 not the 300s. They ordered the left cat. Not sure if they are going to replace the cooler. TSB he printed was 12-10-19. They did not give me any paperwork even I asked for it. Made me rather uneasy but I imagine it is at least in the system.
When I picked it up, it had 125 miles on it. I've been told that it was because this particular truck was chosen to go through the highest quality control to make sure that it is perfect in every possible aspect, my ***.
Is there a replacement CAC which is different than the existing ones already? Mine already had the shroud installed from the factory. Ohh, the wait time for the parts is unknown. They reset the code. Should I worry about not having the paperwork to show that I already had the fault?

It took 3 weeks for mine to come in and get installed. I would say it is running better; however, I still get what feels like a misfire at idle. It feels like the engine isn't firing in sync and causes the truck to shake more than normal. I don't want to take it back in but it only has 6800 miles on it.
