Gents,
The tsb seems not ony to change the cac, but it also adds the same deflector plate. Can we have any insight about the actual cac design change?
Does not seem drastic to me: no new p/n, just new rev, no additional port / connector, same interface, same deflector required... I understand the problem is marginal so should need minor design change, but would love to build some confidence before pushing too much on the dealer!
Thanks!

Mine did it again today. Took it in ASAP, no codes. So they made me take off D- Bug screen, remove my air aid replacement filter and were about to have me put stock exhaust back on when they found TSB 12 10 19. New CAC is ordered. They at some point put the deflector shield on. Fingers crossed.

My new 2013 has alot different CAC and plumbing. Also has an electrical plug into a part attached to a port that doesn't exist on older CAC. This doesn't seem to be same as new part in TSB either.

The story is probably not over!
