There is a fix for the condensation build up in the intercooler!

If it wasn't for these forums I wouldn't even know that some people were having any issues with EBs. Including mine there are 6 EBs in my neighborhood and none have had any issues at all. I've also talked to a few EB owners at local gas stations and restaraunts that were just passing through town that haven't had any issues either. So apparently the climate around here is great for EBs.

Do you drive conservatively quite often? I ask because it seems like people that are into the boost more frequently aren't as likely to have this problem. But that is just speculation from what I've read about this problem. BTW, what dealer did you buy your truck from? I got mine from Bailey Brothers in Livermore.

If not, that would certainly help prove the boost helps theory.

There was a truck oncoming so I floored it and it started to shake and would not go past 1250 rpm's. The sad part is that, instead of being fully concentrated trying to manage the situation, I had to pull iPhone out and film to have proof for the dealer!

Given the right set of circumstances the problem can still occur even when pulling a load on a 70+ degree day.

If anything I think towing makes it worse as you are pushing more air through the intercooler, causing an even larger amount of condensation.

So even though all intercoolers condense water, and there is water in there, based on previous posts, could this still have nothing to do with water?
Could the 'shaking like truck will fall apart' followed by 'falling in its face' be engine knock followed by limp mode? Could it be an injector issue?
And if so, why isn't Ford able to detect the limp in the ECU history?

It did look like limp mode, but I had no lights on and no code found from the dealer. Later during the trip, though, I felt it was on the verge of doing it again. I then progressively increased throttle until I felt it was coming back. Did this couple of times until was able to floor it. Really looks like there was something to get rid of, so I relate to the water in the intercooler thing.
