I used my factory bov on my '13, no extra money was spent and it comes with all the piping to relocate it and comes with a charge pipe that IF you wanted one for a Wagner you would have to buy it as well.

Good to know it's an expensive item so getting to reuse the bov is nice

We have customers that have all of them but the AMR I believe.
Here our our observations and why we recommend the Wagner above the rest. To date the wagner has yet to fail us and we have been running our wagner longer than any other intercooler has been on the market.

The Wagner mounts in the Factory OEM location but, has a 2nd core build in that sticks out into the grill portion of the front mask with a built in shroud. The wagner takes but about 1.5 hours to install. It accepts all the factory and aftermarket piping. For the trucks with the E-BOV it comes so you can remount your factory one back in its factory location. It does the job without compromising any of the factory features. It also has giant cast endtanks, that make it the only intercooler we know of that eliminates the condensation issue, due to minimal pressure drops through the intercooler.

The full race kit looks great, brings its own piping, but forces you to relocate the intercooler. Trucks are Trucks for a reason, the relocation of the full race restricts some air flow to oil cooler and radiator. While it is great for the intercooler, the radiator and oil coolers suffer from its placement. For the HD towing guys this may present an issue. People have been mounting intercoolers in that location for ages, but with a solution that does not force you to mount it there, we prefer the OEM mounting location.

The ATP we think is just not big enough. They could have made that intercooler much larger. Again a very nice fabricated piece but leaves something to be desired, when compared to the rest of the intercoolers available. The atp is also an OEM mount

The AMR we have seen is huge, but it doesnt attempt to come into the grill even a little bit to take advantage of more surface area exposed to direct air. The AMR relies solely on the opening in the bumper.

No experience with the AFE as of yet. Every one of these companies makes a product that will work, from our experience the wagner is the easiest to install and functions the best overall. We have used it for two years on a daily driver truck without issue and includes countless 1/4mile and 1/8 mile passes. When compared to the stock intercooler in our south florida climate after a 1/4mile pull, the IATs with the wagner were almost 100* cooler than the factory Intercooler.

If you guys have any questions please feel free to pm us or email us we are more than happy to help.
We can also get you better pricing on intercoolers or any other ecoboost parts.

I am going to second this post, very informative, with one little twist...

The AMR intercooler kit is by far the best we have seen. IAT's come down to ambient during WOT and it is the only kit that replaces all of the piping from turbo to throttle body.

I agree with MAK though, it is hard to go wrong with the wagner...
