I noticed there is two different styles top mount and in the same place as stock but which is better? I feel top mount would be but I'm not sure.

They are all better than the OEM by a long shot. Whether you get the Full Race or the OEM located depends on your wants/needs. Some like the look of the Full Race or the additional protection for off road. Others, like me, prefer the stealth and easier swap to the OEM location. It is totally up to you.

Well I have a bull bar id like to put on so I'm thinking the full race one to keep air moving into it

From the performance numbers I have seen they all are WAY better than stock. As among each other, I haven't seen anything pointing one being better than the next. The AMR includes the hot side piping and the charge pipe so naturally I would expect that to perform the best. But for $2000ish, you could build the same system with AFE.

The AMR has the largest core I believe and has seen the greatest temperature drops, but for what 99% of use it for, we will never realize that difference.

So I would find a good deal and get what ever one tickles your fancy, they are all good improvement over stock.

I have a Full Race intercooler and love it. No difference in cooling the engine even when I towed my car. There are some Wagners for sale cheap if you want to go that way.

I like the full race ones. Do the wagners mount up behind the grill like the full race? Been watching the for sale section for something to pop up.

Going with full race because of the mounting location. Does it come with all the piping I need to move it up top?

The Full Race IC comes with everything you need except BOV, I believe.
The Wagners mount in the OEM location.

Or the ability to use the stock BOV on the '13s.
