Default SSI vs MPT

I was wondering if anyone has tried both and what results did you see. Right now I have a airaid cai and sct canned 93 tune. truck has leveling kit with 33" Mt's on it. I want a good performance tune for 93 and couldn't decide between the two.

I'm glad your curious. I haven't had either but I've been looking at MPT. Customer service is contestant and guys have been reporting good numbers. With SSI all depends you who talk to. Some guys hate the company and others praise it. MPT has had positive reviews on the forums here. I wish more MPT guys would upload more videos on YouTube though.

I hope this doesn't turn into an ugly mess like it seems to be around here.

yea I did a search and read through a lot of the stuff but wanted to make a new post for ones that have had both. The MPT price is better and ive seen one of the trucks they tune race locally and it was very impressive.

i'm quite impressed with my performance 87 octane tune from MPT. I'll be ordering an economy tune this week from MPT to use on my road trips this summer.

http://www.f150ecoboost.net/forum/13...try-again.html

It has been tested on the same truck / same day / close race but MPT was the more clear winner.
I have Lms and MPT and the MPT is a beast !

I have had the 91 performance street in mine from MPT for a few days now and really like it. Don't waste your money on and Eco tune unless you like the feel of dragging and anchor behind you and milage will be as good or better with the performance tune.
SSI tune I tried was equal to the MPT so pick your poison.

Really not that big of a difference in milage between perf and eco huh? I haven't done a strictly hwy run with the perf tune to get baseline numbers but im showing a +1mpg on average with my mixed driving. Can i expect a couple more with the eco?

Sub'd,
I am interested in what ppl with MPT have to say. I have an SSI 87oct T4 and I'd like to make the switch based soley on customer service and feeling better about who I am giving my $$$ to.
I too don't want this to turn into a pissing match. I don't have many posts here but I read threads just about daily and we all know about the drama so hopefully we can leave that out
I've had some customer service issues over there and would like to make the switch but I don't want to go backward performance and driveability wise.

It's been tested same truck same day. No step back in performance. I don't know about drivability but the street manners of my MPT tune exceeds both LMS and Unleashed.
