If you are interested in the filter or intake setup, we can talk about that as well...

Either way I will get you a free tune on me...

I hate people not getting what they spent their hard earned money on...
That's some upstanding service right there and not even to your own customer. E-Kudos to you

And just a note as a Mod. Turn this into a SSI fan boys/detractors flame thread arguing back and forth and I will delete those comments and issue warnings if needed and some of ya'all have already had warnings about this, three strikes and out. So far, just about every thread about SSI has de-evolved into that...

And because I know some of you will bring this up, I am NOT saying don't talk about the product, service or customer service. But keep it respectful and polite even if you don't agree with somebody elses opinion or service and that goes for BOTH sides.

F15XERO ...
Since you paid via PayPal™ have you contacted them and opened a case?

The "Buyer Protection" isn't limited to just ebaYŽ.

Erick, that's a stand up thing to do. I'll bring business your way when it's time for more mods.

[QUOTE="gDMJoe;3347923"] Since you paid via PayPal™ have you contacted them and opened a case? The "Buyer Protection" isn't limited to just ebaYŽ. .[/QUOTE

But if you send the payment through paypal and a gift to family and friends you cannot open a case since no transaction fees were charged.

Ill get it lined out when the time comes. I did use paypal and the only thing I sent as a friend was the expedited shipping for the tuner. Everything else was sent as a business transaction. My cc company is good about this as well.

What gets me about the whole thing is just his laid back I dont care attitude and then comes up with more excuses even when I was talking refund there is always some reason why he cant get to it, like hey man im getting screwed too, welcome to the club. When your conversation ends with an excuse, that cant be good for the future.

To the OP have you seen this thread on the SSI forum?

I have a decent working list but I need your help to make sure I have everything. If you have purchased or paid money for items not received I need you to EMAIL or PM me. I do not need you to post and clutter a thread to have to wade through. Its the easiest way to get this all sorted out.

In your message, I need:

1. Your name
2. Email address (the one you used to pay with)
3. Username (if on the store is different include that)
4. What you bought
5. Date of Purchase
6. Price paid
7. Paypal transaction receipt number

My email: corey_adcock@hotmail.com

Thank you.

It looks to me they are trying to get everything sorted out. It's up to you how you want to solve your problem.

There have been a couple of threads in the last two days on the other forum addressing some of these concerns. I think there are some big changes going on over there for the better.
As hard as it may be be patient and I think you will receive your order.
