I still love mine. This is coming from a guy that originally had the MR400 and thought it sounded like crap and was way too loud, even after 3,000 miles of "break-in".

Love mine. Liked it so well that my dad replaces his mr400 on his 5.0 truck with a mach46. He was 100% pleased with the change in volume.

I just installed the mr400 system yesterday and it's amazing how much the volume got turned up on the ecoboost. Sounds awesome but definitely calls for attention...the mach46 muffler may be in my future as I will be towing and the in-cab volume could get tiring during long trips.....It sucks getting old.

I can't imagine towing with the MR400. Volume level would be pretty loud, I imagine.

You all say there are 3 options from solo?? I went on their website but I only see 2 systems.
A 4" MR400
and the Mach-X Dual system...

What is the Mach 46 you all are talking about?

Give them a call and tell them you want the Mach 46 instead of the MR400. They'll take care of you.

It's a longer muffler. You can look up the specs of the MR400 resonator vs the Mach46 muffler on their website. Internally, the MR400 has cups that are open opposite to the flow of the exhaust. In the Mach 46 muffler, the first half of the muffler has cups that are open to the flow of the exhaust and the back half is open opposite to the flow of exhaust. The mach46 muffler forces some of the exhaust into the packing whereas the MR400 resonator doesn't at all.
