What do you not understand. How can he if he's banned keep up with this forum. He's not holding anyone hostage, he's trying that's the purpose of the other forum. He's held hostage if anyone is.

So you are saying that he cannot fix peoples issues who are on this forum?
People have emailed him, people have called him and still get nothing! This forum is just a means of someone saying they are not getting their issue fixed. Just because Shawn is not on here does not mean he can't address the issues!

I am asking anyone who is having issues with one of Shawn's tunes to come forward. Let the collective group know how long you have been trying to get the issue fixed and how long it took to get resolved if it has been resolved.

If your being a dick and trying to slam Shawn, I defiantly won't help you, even if its taking a couple of days to get a tune fixed oh well, I will still support Shawn and his tunes, he is definitely the best, we all know that, he is the only one doing the real work, so I totally understand it taking a little bit of time.

***Disclaimer: I don't claim to have full knowledge of this controversy, but this is what I've observed over the last few weeks. Solely my opinion, not directed at anybody specifically. I wish all those with issues luck. Hope it gets fixed. ***

People are complaining about people having to go to Shawn's forum to get issues fixed. What's the problem? You don't go to an audio/video thread for help with a tranny. You go to a mechanical thread. So what's wrong with having another forum dedicated to just his tuning. It makes sense. All questions and concerns consolidated in location. No BS, just help. I understand loyalty and commitment to this forum, but this is crazy. If you have a problem, expend a small amount of energy and sign up on his forum also. This both helps you by getting issues solved faster, and this forum by cleaning up the BS and turning it back into a civil forum.
Rant over.

On a lighter note: I'm so freakin excited to get my tunes, can't wait!

You will without a doubt get a response to fix a tune from Shawn. Yes he is busy with guys rushing over to get his tunes but he does everything he can to make sure we are happy. The nature of any business is you can do everything possible to make people happy and some people just never will be. He's the first to say if you don't like his tunes he has no hard feelings. The forum is here for questions and concerns but remember Shawn isn't here anymore so if you want a faster answer just call him or go to the other site and sign up. Shawn will answer any question you have. He did for me.

What's the point of doing this? Shawn is the owner of Socal and the tuner; he is the direct source. If someone needs something addressed go directly to the source that can address it. If he has not answered one, two or three emails then make a call. If he doesn't answer leave a messaage. If he doesn't call back, call him again. Once you get him on the phone make the changes on the spot. I am one that is working through some things with Shawn on my truck but I am not going to bitch about something that NOBODY on this forum can fix so I go directly to the source plus each issue is a bit different.

And he's right. Call him, you get answers in 3 seconds flat. He's as excited about making the tunes as you are about getting them. I think it's art to him. I read all this BS and was a little weary, then gave him a call. Seconds later I was fully confident. Potential customers don't read too much into this thread, give him a call and decided for yourself.

I am not trying to slam Shawn, if you can't see that then I don't know what to tell you! Shawn said anyone with an issue goes right to the top! Well people with problems are not going right to the top! I am trying to get Shawn to live up to his own word.

They keep saying only 1 man, only 1 man, well the 1 man show should put production on hold to fix the turbo surge or what ever troubles people are having.

If you have a tune and are happy and waiting on a revision from logs, I would not expect him to jump right on the ball and get that done before someone with an issue. Just like working on new tunes while people are having problems.
