Default Thats the beauty of SOCAL

Hi

Wasted lot of money on other tunes , its all waste before SOCAL , I am at 15000 miles, thought to sell the truck, but after SOCAL ill keep this truck for long enough. Man my truck is a beast with 87 T4. It solved my shift problems , smoothly shifts from 1 to 6 no hitch feels like am driving a manual shift truck.
This guy seems to be genius. Gas mileage increased 1 to 2 mpg.
Thank you all guys,

arti

Wait until you try the 91 or 93 octane!!! It bumps the 87 up.

I've got a couple hundred miles on my 91T4 now and it is absolutely the best tune out there.

I have the 89 T4 street tune from Southern Speed Inc. I've owned two different ecoboost trucks, an 11 and a 13. I have also ran multiple tunes on both. I can say without a doubt that the T4 street is my favorite. As far as the banning stuff goes, to me it makes as much sense as banning Floyd Mayweather Jr. from a boxing forum!

Well Shawn is on the money, when it comes to his tunes. I guess he would be the "Money" Mayweather, Jr. of tuning.

T4 is pretty stellar though, dialed in to a "t".

And a difference of 2 secs quicker in the 1/4 on just a tune.

Has anybody towed with these tunes, at altitude? By that I mean over 5,000lbs and over 5,000ft in elevation.

In my experience a lot of these tuners are great for street and racing use however I use my truck to tow and where I'm at its not uncommon to find my self at high elevation where sometimes they can act funny. To be fair I've been running a 5* tune with great towing success except a 2500rpm bog/misfire which I cannot diagnose (I did re-gap and change plugs) and don't think is a 5* problem. Just with all the reviews would like to give these a try, I just don't want to borrow trouble.

Pm Skismuggins, he tows a 9500lbs 5th wheel with Shawns tow tunes. Ski's a good dude he'll give you an honest opinion. I've never tried Shawns tow tunes, but if its anything like his performance tunes, it will be freakin magical!
