Stock is used to base the tunes. This is the one needed to run correctly. What it shows tuned makes no difference.

Corey thats normal what your saying but thats not what boosted f150 is talking about. .. I had the same thing and still every blue moon ill hear it for a split second then corrects itself.. Shawn has made mine a lot better so he knows what to do to correct it. Its a weird surging sound through the intake it sounds like off and on till it corrects itself. .. at first I thought it was a miss.. it only does it after sitting all night on a cold start. ...

That is the box code. I believe he wants both plus the SCT serial number. But even the box code label may not match the box code shown in the PCM. When you talk to Shawn, ask him exactly what he needs. My label reads MJX4, but mine has been updated to MJX7.
