Roush F-150 Supercharger 5.0L Tuner Kit (2011-2012)
http://www.roushperformance.com/part...2011-2012.html
"This F-150 supercharger kit is capable of delivering over 700 horsepower to 2011-2012 Ford F-150’s with the 5.0L, 4-valve V8 powertrain system."
Price is $6200. I would expect 0-60 in less than 4 seconds, and quarter mile in less than 12 seconds.
I don't see anything about upgrading the transmission. Anyone know how the stock transmission could be upgraded to handle 700 HP? Would it be feasible to transplant a 6R140 transmission?

ok, so its a bit pricier than the upgrade from the 5.0 to the EB but dayum, 700hp....
then again, I think we all kind of figured the ceiling on the 5.0 should be higher than the ceiling on the 3.5...given a large enough budget that is.
I do find it interesting however that the Rousch kit for the 5.0 mustang is 540hp (but with a 3 yr/36,000 mile powertrain warranty). I suspect 540hp would be a lot more suitable for DD use.

The key word is its capable of 700 hp. Its most likely going to be around 500. The 700 will come from increased boost, possibly a built engine with alot of supporting mods

I wouldnt expect 4 seconds but if a tuned EB runs 5.5, I would certainly expect sub 5 from a similar truck making 700hp.
