I got my Roush system installed last week and its so awesome. It gets louder every day. Definitely worth the price, I get nothing but compliments on it. Everyone loves the very deep rumble at idle and you can practically feel it in your chest when your standing behind the truck when its revved up.

I think this exhaust sounds the best but can anyone tell me why they decided to have the tips exit out the back? Aesthetically it does not look right on the truck. If I bought one I would like it to exit in the stock location. Has anyone done this and did it change the tone?

That's just how it exits from roush. You could have it come out in the stock location if you get some new pipe from someone. If you kept the tips it will probably keep the same sound. I plan to dump mine.

Side note I got to drive my old 150 today (haven't sold it yet) it has high flow cats Di/do Maggie 18" with internal x pipe and dual exit out the back and the roush is a good bit louder in the cab. Haven't done a side by side but I can tell its louder all around. Missin my new truck now...

I'm torn now between the roush and the solo performance single 4" cat back. Both sound fantastic with a deep tone. The only thing I like better about the solo performance kit is it exits in the factory location.

That is why I liked the Roush. It doesn't look like every other exhaust system.

To each his own I guess.

But youcan see, it comes with the decals a leveling kit bigger wheels and aftermarket rims etc boss tags, and a roush exhaust.

and the BOSS lettering is an actual steel plate label
