Rough Idle At Cold Start Up - 2013 Ecoboost

2013 Rough Idle
Reading a lot of post on rough idles for the first minutes of cold start. I have had my F150 eco in for service and the dealer keep it for 56 days. After injectors, plugs, fuel rail and a few other parts no luck on a fix. It first went in with a really rough idle (stalled on me once), after it came out of service, it was better. However after 1000 miles its now back again.
I'm going to give my dealer the above links, as they have stated "normal conditions". However I did not spend this kind of $$$ on a rough idle every time I start the truck....it's really noticeable to the point I'm worried future damage to the cat or other items.
Truck only has 8200 miles on it...
Talk to Ford and they provided a ESP for 5/75K, but I have a fear that I will have an issue right after the 75K and then it's on my nickel to fix and already known issue. I can only imagine in a few year people will be replacing heads, cats and plugs all the time....major cost with 0 resale value.
If Ford is listen.....looking for a bit of help on a known issue.
Has anyone had any luck in getting this fixed?

U are under warranty and service is done by the Dealer. U will be ok. U probably have a simpler issue than valve build up or cracks. It will code a problem soon. Possibly the CAtZ.

Final update: I went and picked up my truck today. Everything that i told them to fix was fixed. They had ordered a shim kit for the rear end and he said that after testing it out a few times, NO MORE rear end CLICK!!! I tried several times there to make it click, even by holding the brake and giving just a slight bit of gas, and it's finally gone! For some reason, the rear seems slightly "tighter" than it did before. Almost what it feels like after you put in a new ring gear and pinion. So, none the less; I am thoroughly pleased with the fix. In addition to this, my left visor with the broken spring that kept the light on was replaced as well. It was out of warranty for the bumper to bumper by about 1500 miles, and he said that he couldn't find the way to submit that for warranty, so they covered the cost of it themselves. :-) I looked up this part and it was about 285$ from Ford, so I'm most definitely happy that they took care of that for me. I am not sure if it was because the regional customer service manager contacted my service manager, or if it was because they knew I wasn't happy from the time before that, but like I said it would be, it is fixed. Finally, they listed my tire tread as what it is: 3/32 front, and 4.5/32 rear. Great job Ford!! Your techs have learned to check tire tread depth! Best service I have had yet!! The only thing that bothered me is that the grease monkey who worked on my truck obviously did not use a plastic cover on my seat as now I can see where his dirty *** pants were all over my driver side seat. Oh well. Thank goodness it's leather. dde01 I was going to clean my truck this weekend anyways! I'd rather clean that myself than have them funk with my truck any longer. That is one of the few things I don't mind doing myself. Thanks for keeping tuned. Bottom line: if your truck idles rough, more than likely it will "be in spec", and it it makes a click for the rear end when hitting the gas to go reverse, there's a TSB for that, which fixed it. The shim kit seemed to work great! I am more than pleased this time around! Thanks Crystal for stepping in when needed.
