What is the correct updated TSB number? I saw a couple in here, but not sure which one is right.

Step 2 says "does the customer state" once that's met is says to proceed to step 3 which is doing the work.
That's fair enough. My local dealer screwed me around so I took mine 2 hours away to the closest city and they were awesome.

I called my dealership and explained everything to them, even read the TSB and gave him the number so he could look at it. I was told they would have to duplicate it to verify before they could do anything about it. It has happened 3 times to me in a month. Twice 2-3 weeks ago, and once yesterday. I explained that the TSB doesn't state that they need to hear it, but
They wouldn't budge.
When I hung up, I called Ford corporate customer care, and they told me the same thing. I made the guy open the tab and read it to me. When he read step 2 (does customer state.....), I said "yes, so what does it state to do if customer says yes?". He said go to step 3, I made him read that, which says to repair it. When I asked him where it says they need to verify it and personally hear it, and he couldn't answer but just kept saying they need to verify it. I tried explaining that this is a known issue with a TSB attached and they should be fixing it, but got exactly nowhere.
Gotta love it. So basically unless I can do without my truck for 2-3 weeks while they wait for it to make noise, I'm SOL.
They wouldn't budge.

Hi guys, I have a '12 Ecco and just heard this same noise this morning. I just hit 79k miles. I know I'm past the factory warranty but someone meantioned getting the repairs covered under the emissions warranty which I believe goes to 100k? Can someone verify this?
