Diablo Sport 93 Performance Tune Ecoboost
I have had every tuner and 90% of the custom tunes available for our truck. I am the average customer looking for some extra power without compromising the safety of the truck and the motor’s reliability.
I am not a customer looking to shatter ¼-mile times and getting special tweaks to my “custom tunes” to try and create sales and buzz for the tuner. I daily drive my truck and use it as a truck. The extra power is icing on the cake.
The Diablo Sport 93 tune is the smoothest tune I have driven. It has every good aspect/characteristic of all the*custom tunes*including many revisions I have run on my truck. I would label the tune as a hybrid canned/custom tune.* This tune right out of the box is impressive.
The WOT is great on the truck. Surprising strong when compared to some of the strong tunes out that I have driven. The shifting is really where I am impressed. It has firm quick shifts without the feeling of the rear-end ending up next to me as a passenger. Nonetheless, shifting and whether it is perfect or not is something subjective.
The 93-performance tune has achieved 2 MPG increase without any change in my driving style. The gains will obviously vary depending on the driver.
This tune despite being out of the box is refined and fast enough to satisfy even those babied and accustomed to email tunes in the community. The tuner has the option to modify some aspects of the tune, cutting out any downtime usually seen when asking for revisions via email to a tuner of your choice.
I cannot wait to see when Diablo Sport licensed tuners start actually working off the Diablo Sport platform and bring another custom tuning option to the community.

That's good to know. I have been researching tuners and trying to decide what I want to get. I am still a little torn though as I kind of would like to buy the 5 star tune with the warranty just in case... My biggest complaint is the "defuel" between shifts when it is stock, is that gone?
