Problem with livernois downpipe install
#11
I have a Livernois off road pipe I'm waiting to install. I'm guessing from the same batch of ypipes?
I'm not doing anything until you find the problem and a solution.
Please let me know.

From the pics on Livernois website, it looks like the flanges that bolt to the turbos are floating, so you should be able to rotate the pipes on both sides to get them in the right orientation. You should loosen all the joints and the two flanges mounted to the turbos so you can position all of them together properly. Why don't you call Livernois? I'm sure they would be more than helpful.

You may have tried this but did you try loosening everything up and then line them up? In my experience with this pre-fabbed exhaust kits there is TONS of room to move around when you have several joints to move.
I had the 4" Heartthrob catback on my truck and thought the fit was horrible (I didn't install it, hearthrob actually did LOL) but found out that some joints loosened up and I was able to tuck it in real nice after loosening everything up.

So are you happy with the sound? Since nobody is posting videos it would be great to get some sort of before and after description. Louder turbos better spool up? Throw us a bone lol

+1, I just want to hear a stock exhaust with offroad y-pipe before I order one. I do not want a loud truck and the y-pipe would be an easy way to free up some exhaust flow without makeing a lot of noise.
