Default Problem with livernois downpipe install

Okay so I'm stuck installing the offroad downpipe on my f150. The pipes that hook up to the tubos fit perfect but the mid-pipe connecting the downpipes to the catback does not fit at all, not even close. Anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking call them tomorrow or have a local muffler shop fab something up? The only thing I can think of is my truck is a 2013; maybe they changed the exhaust on it??? or maybe it was just a poorly cut piece.

Yup, looks like they have that last bend(at least) not belt at the right amount of angle.

Tell me about it, I was under my truck cussing for a couple hours trying every which way to get it to work but no luck. Thinking of just taking it to my local exhaust guy to fab up the whole catback while he's at it.

They should reimburse you the cost of fixing that.

If you loosen the two bolts on each pipe at the turbo housing can you rotate the pipes?

Don't go hacking and welding until after you talk to Livernois. Otherwise you will be SOL.

X2. By the looke of that x-over piper there is room for it to rotate up and back making that bend much closer to what you need.

The main problem is the y pipe slip fit joint is not long enough or the passenger side downpipe is about 4-6 inches too long preventing everything from lining up. With the y pipe all the way on the passenger side downpipe it is still a few inches too long to bolt up to the factory catback.

You may have tried this but did you try loosening everything up and then line them up? In my experience with this pre-fabbed exhaust kits there is TONS of room to move around when you have several joints to move.

I had the 4" Heartthrob catback on my truck and thought the fit was horrible (I didn't install it, hearthrob actually did LOL) but found out that some joints loosened up and I was able to tuck it in real nice after loosening everything up.
