I know 3 other ppl having the same problem but SW just rights it off as improper install factory res or wastegate. I have taken it off and reinstalled it 2 times and have the same problem. Even put the factory DP back on and guess what no buzz but with SW buzz metal sound. Nothing is touching no heat shields nothing touching the frame nothing and everything is impacted and torqued. And like I said they have been no help. Keep saying they want to help me but have done nothing. Like I said they don't own a ecoboost to test and see for a fix or see if they can duplicate it. I believe it is the y pipe connects causing the buzz sound. They are the only company that has the pipes connecting at the y pipe section. I have compared it to other DP and have talked to other companies that have installed SW and other companies DP and I have been told that the stainless is much thinner on SW compared to others. So I has turned out to be a waste of money.
Okay, point taken. We sell the MAK. It's on our truck right now, we have no issues.

Got the stock one off last night, a 15mm ratcheting box wrench is a good friend to have when doing this. Top nuts on the turbos are awkward to get to but luckily mine weren't too tight. Will update when I get the MAK on

First tune took me 2 hours to install mine on a lift. After that 3 more times took an hour less on a lift.

Yup. Out of the entire job from start to finish. Messing with the top turbo flange nuts was to worse part of it all!!!

I used a swivel impact socket and a extension. Made it easy. That and the lift and a tranny stand. **** on laying on the ground trying to do that.

^^^^ I agree laying on the ground sucks, lol. Got it in after about 3 hours of messing around. When it came tome to piece the MAK down pipe together let's just say I wasn't impressed. I had to hammer the edges of both pieces that attached into the Y to get them to fit. Got it under the truck and f'ed around with it for 30 min before I realised my jack that was holding up the trans had gone down so I had been fighting a losing battle. I have a total of probably 4.5 hours into it. Definitely hear more turbo whistle and a bit more drone. I don't hear any rattles or anything on it though so far.

Lol! Yes if you installed that on your back you are a true warrior.lol! And don't feel bad about the fit I had to use a wood block and a hammer on the flange to get the SW pipe to connect up damn tight fit. Did you happen to take any pics you can post any pre and post pics u could share?
