Default Piston hit Spark Plug in my coyote 5.0

Well guys I was doing a burnout guys and went to leave the line at the local track and a misfire!! Check Engine light came on.. Went to check the code it said number 1 cylinder. Pull the plug and the arm was pushed in on the tip.. Didn't look that bad, but wondering why this happened?? Mods are circle-d 3200, Boss intake,Sw headers and 5* tune race.

This doesn't sound good. Let us know what you find and what the cause is when you find out. You just running pump gas?
I see you have a race tune.

I would think it's more likely that detonation bent the tip, not the piston actually making contact. Either way, not good, but better a broken plug than a bent rod. Get with your tuner

I would get a borescope and check the top of the piston
