Part number for front left CV axle assembly, 2013 F-150 4x4
I have a torn inner boot on my 2013 F-150 4x4 front left CV axle. This is most likely due to the leveling kit I have on the truck, but I need to replace the CV Axle.
I have ordered two Motorcraft parts so far, TX-580, which is said to be for my model year truck with 4x4 and hill descent control, which my truck has. Got the part and it is way too long. The center section between the two boots is almost twice as long as the stock CV axle that's on the truck.
Also ordered TX-584, which is actually only half of the assembly, not the entire assembly with both inner and outer boots.
I'm ordering from Rock Auto and Amazon, and they don't have pictures of the part to help me confirm fitment. Just the description.
Can someone shed some light on what the correct Motorcraft part number is?

Have you checked the part number out at www.fordparts.com - that's Ford's "official" parts site and should have the best information.
