Okay so i've searched the forums and the only thing that comes up is parking lights and fog lights together....

That ain't what i'm looking for... I noticed the 2013 F-150 during the day they have only the parking lights on, nothing else, not even headlights and that's what i would like for my 2011 FX4. Right now when i turn the switch to parking light position what happens is the parking and headlight goes slightly on... When i unlock the doors with the remote, only the parking lights goes on and a lot more powerful. That's what i would like to happen when i turn the light switch to parking light, just like the new F-150's!

Anyone knows how i could do that? I hope i'm clear, i am french canadian so my english is so so...

I think what you are seeing is the 2013's with HID headlights use the parking lights for daytime running lights. If they don't have HID's then the headlights are the DRL's.

What trim levels got DRL's? I know my '12 STX does not have them. When I turn on my parking lights that's the only thing on.

In Canada we have drl the headlights or park light are on in the day time for better visibility.

DRL's, that's the reason half of the (cccough) Chevies (cccough) on the road only have one working headlight.

By the way in OK its technically against the law to run with parking lights only even in the daytime.
