Hey all, I am looking for some advice on a P0358 code, and some intermittent rough running (once some chugging on highway, and once a rough chugging after a gentle take off) I am experiencing on my 2011 5.0L with approx 80000mi. I read on another thread to try switching the coil to a different plug and see if the code follows the coil, or stays on the cylinder. In my case I still got the same P0358 even after i switched the Coil with the #6 Cylinder. Any insight on what to check next would be appreciated. Also Ford replaced the spark plugs at about 60000mi as part of the maintenance plan. So I would hope a spark plug hasn't failed, unless its faulty, and in that case, would I be seeing same code? Thanks in advance!

Found the problem on my truck, and it only took a few hours...

2011 F150 5.0

Cylinder 8, something chewed threw the coil pack wires.

Hence why I couldn't get the misfire to follow after a coil pack move to cylinder 5.

Sometimes it's a simple (and free) fix.
