Sad part is, the dealership can make or break FORDS customers. Personally I had a similar issue with GM and that's why there are two Fords in my household currently.

Yeah, I just like to rag Government Motors. My father in law has a Tahoe that just turned 300,000. He also has a 1500 pickup (2000?) with 225,000. Good trucks and engines. Good luck with your new Chebby.

Good Luck with your new GM. I looked at them again last weekend and they are nice. only thing I don't like is the back seat room is a lot less than the f150's. other than that they are a great truck. drive nice and very quiet. they have some nice colors out as well.

someone posted here about a Tundra. I am real close to buying one of them. if they can work out another grand I will own it.

Then you can continue to bitch about poor fuel mileage.

Toyota's are nice trucks and so are the Ram and GMC...Fuel econ in a truck is how you drive/use it. Ford is a good truck by the gap between the brands is so small it just down to personal preference. Ford should have taken the bailout money, then they could have put it back into to better parts and wouldn't be so difficult when honoring there warranties..
