No downpipes? Nice times. Did you weigh your truck?

I just wanted to follow up on my previous question:

I got my truck inspected (MA w/ODB test) with the 93 Performance tune installed and passed with no problems. A couple of people suggested flashing back to stock prior to inspection, but that isn't necessary.

Fellas, the chat about taking the tune out because u are worried about breaking something, then why did u but the tuner? This engine has been taken apart by a few reputable race company's and the 3.5s are made to take alot of abuse and pressures, built like a diesel. Some say its got more potential then the new GTR engine. Keep it maintained, dont be abussive but do work the hell outta it. Livernois is smart and they wouldn't release anything to destroy, just up to us to not be stupid.

Default Rough Shifting

Got my Livernois Tuner end of March. I am running the 87 Performance Tune.

Truck is 2013 Screw Lariat with 6k miles on it.

Throttle response improved and it seems to get slightly better gas mileage.

Problem I have experienced when using the tune is a rather rough shift from 1-2 even when accelerating slowly and sometimes during de-acceleration, like when coming to a stop light. Just to make sure it wasn't something in the truck I went back to stock today and the shifting was much more smooth.

I was curious if anyone else has experienced this with the tune?

Thanks for your concern and bringing it to our attention. Are you able to replicate the issue every time? Or is this a once in a while occurrence? Please PM me or reply here with as many details as possible. Thanks!

I don't believe that response was from Rick but rather someone at Livernois using Rick's account. Rick always put his name at the bottom of the reply.

Well it is about time someone from Livernois got back on here. They need to be on here for the customers like good old Rick was.
