Not sure what Shawn is charging for a package deal these days, t5 is pretty new and I have a pile of parts to bolt on the truck before I buy latest and greatest. Should be on his site, or you can buy a 3015 from franchi on here and buy tunes separate, tune is $150.

Definitely reading through these various concerns we want them right. If someone dismissed them as "we can't do what you want" We would like to know that, and who. We definitely can do almost anything a customer wants (of course, as long as it's safe, or there is not an underlying reason behind something) so I apologize to anyone that has been told otherwise. As far as shedding light on the Xv1 on the flex/sho/explorer, we had it ready to rock and then the cold weather moved in making it apparent that our standard high boost tune was already at a limit for what these can handle. The F150 of course is a different animal entirely, so we have not seen the same fuel limit, but many others that are making us take even more time to ensure it's success.

As mentioned early on, literally taking the best features from our existing tunes and melding them into one is the goal. This included proper time on the street doing tuning as well as on the dyno. I am not certain many of you have been watching Detroit based weather, but that street portion has been impossible except for maybe 3-4 days out of the past 2 months. The last thing we want is any of our customers unhappy, but anxiousness is the lesser of two evils compared to releasing something that isn't ready. When you are talking the level of performance we are trying to obtain we aren't going to leave anything to chance or guesswork.

I live in ND. I would love to have the weather Detroit has had this year, for some of us what Detroit had this year IS daily driving. We are ready for this tune! No more delays or excuses!

As mentioned before, we are not in the business of releasing something that isn't ready. Whatever the reason. No excuses there, just honesty, which I realize is rare in the world today. We know that people would like this released, as would we, but not with any trade offs. The release will happen when it's ready and we will do what we can to get it ready, but if it's not ready, it will not be released until we are happy with it.

Maybe LMS should suddenly decide to charge for xv1 like SSI is doing for T5. Probably wouldn't have as many folks nagging for the tune. Then again, LMS doesn't change their mind when the well is running dry.

SSI hasn't been promoting T5 for the last 6 months. Honestly if LMS would charge I would still buy the tune, with this much input in the tune this should be the end all be all of tunes. Honestly I know a business is a business and at some point you are going to have to pay for their product, and as log as he product is top notch and what they say it is I guess I am willing to pay for it.

93 V10 has been good to me. I'd be surprised if much more can be gained without playing with peddle input and throttle position to make it "feel" more powerful. With that said I'm in no hurry for xv1. More gains would be had with hardware mods over squeezing the last drop out of a tune.
