Default Return to stock

Guys, I have to take my 13' into the dealer tomorrow due to a strong gas smell coming from the air vents every time I start the truck and the air is on. I have eliminated the spark plugs being backed out or not properly torqued.
I have returned the truck back to stock, however I have the catted down pipes that throws the check engine light on shortly after I return the truck to stock. I planned on driving 50 miles or so before taking it in. What should I do about the check engine light? Take it in with it on or clear it again and hope it doesn't pop back on during the drive there?
Thanks

I can drive catless on stock tune for a day without the light coming on as long as I take it easy.

Searching out to make sure a customer is happy and not waiting for me to say "hey I want this" but saying glad we were able to work with you to fix any issues you had with the BETA tune but I think you will really like this provision here it comes...

+1 LMS... keep up the great work.
Thats good news sounds like that other tuner was the best thing that happened to you guys as now you are getting the service that was lacking after rick left

Rick was an outstanding customer service guy!

I drove it very easy, less than 30 miles.

You check the downpipes? They could be the smell. Not positive but possible.

Although Rick was the man and he will always be missed, the people LMS has working the forums have always been great to me. They have been straightforward with my questions to them and when they say you will have a tune by a certain time they have been damn close to that time. Told me late last night they were finalizing my strategy code on the shop truck working late and expect it LATE, I got it before I left for jury duty this morning, pretty good IMO.

A leak from the down pipes would not be the cause of the immediate gas smell from the air vents. Something in the engine compartment is. For what it's worth, the down pipes were checked, and no leaks detected.

Mine smell immediately if I don't press the recirculating AC button.
