Truthfully, while Rick is a great guy, and someone I consider a good friend, we have easily 5-6 times the amount of f150 customers for these tunes then when he was here, not even counting all of the other platforms we support. This is why we have 4-5 people assisting with this area of the company today. 1 person would have been beyond overwhelmed, even 2 people that were full time dedicated to it would have been overwhelmed. All we can do is continue to do the best we can do, and make improvements everywhere and every time it's possible to do so.

I am not arguing, I am just stating facts as I know them. When Rick was there, I could request a new tune due to a tire size change. I would get it the same day. Since he left, I have asked twice for the 87, 89, 91 performance and the 87 tow. Both times I received 87, 91v10, and 93v10. "Damn it" is what I thought.

Last night was different.

I wanted to say in my post that saying Rick is/was all that LMS can be is wrong. Shat happens. I was also trying to say that the service has changed for the better lately.

I am not sure if you took my post as positive or negative, but it was meant as a positive post!

I will always carry my LMS tuner in the truck in case I ever have to go back to stock in a hurry! Kind of like the lid was made for it

Recently, there have been some requests for an update to our tune for a more aggressive shift, increased throttle response, and even more WOT power over our final revision for v10 by our customers that want the absolute most out of their trucks. Because of these requests, we are combining, and improving upon all of the best attributes from all of our tunes and are releasing our Xv1 tune for those wanting to get every ounce of performance for their F150.

Anybody that was looking into other tunes for these features need not, as we have access to more parameters than anyone in the industry, and with unparalleled experience we can fully utilize those parameters to meet any customer's demands. This new Xv1 tune will meet or exceed the wants of any customer that is looking for the most aggressive option available for their truck. No one else in the industry has the capability to release such a tune as no one else in the industry has our software or experience. We do everything in house, we don't rely on a vendor for adding parameters.

There is no need to spend additional money to obtain what you are wanting as we have it right here, and as always, is a no cost update. Due to the heavy influx of requests for our full release v10 tune (which is a great tune), and now the Xv1 tune being released right on it's heels we ask that you contact us either via info@livernoismotorsports.com, or by calling 313-561-5500 if you are wanting this update for your truck.

Thanks to us having our own shop truck, proprietary software, and doing all R&D in house we are able to develop, and recreate anyone's tunes at will. We have never, and will never stop catering to our customer's and their needs.

Let's touch on a couple points here Dan. We'll quote this, so you can't edit it real quick.

So now Livernois is actively recreating tunes. That's good to know. Someone steps up their game, you guys get put on your ear, so you'll just recreate, copy, another mans work, to keep the minions happy.

Good thing you got all that experience, took a three week tuner to put you on your ***. No problem. Copy it.

CoreyMs you definitely have a point. LMS has been tuning ecoboosts for years and only after Socal brought something new did they decide to change their tunes. You agree that competition creates better products for everyone right? Are all of the guys with LMS and Socal going to compare the two, probably. I guess we will see more LMS vs Socal threads too. I will say that SoCals 93 lvl 5 is going to be hard to beat much less the 93 Hot.

Do you guys really believe that LMS didn't know how to create this vx1 type of tune months ago?

Did you ever stop to think maybe they didn't want to release such an extreme product and then have people shouting murder (even though its a use at your own risk item?)

You (the customer) the customer has spoken and they deliver what you wanted. You can't ask for much better service than that.

Exactly. They were the best. Someone came out with something new and now they are upping their game.

I can't believe how much drama there is. Damn. Bunch of women on here (no offense to the women on the forum)!
