He made a thread in this section about it. Had another opportunity that was better for him and his family. Not sure who his replacement is yet but hopefully they are active on the forums like he was.

I just ordered my Livernois MyCal tune from them this morning, and talked to Anthony. He seemed very nice. Cant wait to get my tuner!!
