Default My ecoboost exploded last night......

With POWER that is!!!! This thing is an animal I love this engine. I can't wait to hook a 26' trailer behind it this summer. My average MPG dropped to 16 though as I was running the fudge out of it

No story to tell. I was just entertaining myself at every stop sign and back road on the way home last night! This just pulls like a freight train for a pickup truck!

If you're stock, then you don't know what explosive power is yet. Throw a tune in, and you'll be amazed! If you already have a tune then carry on, haha!

It's stock but it sure runs good!! My buddy has a 2013 with a tune. We'll line 'em up when we get to the track (both are tow vehicles) this spring.

You WILL be impressed with how this drivetrain tows. 3:31's are more of an economy gearset though. You'll probably be towing in 5th rather than 6th.

I remember testing it when mine was stock and thinking the engine was very strong. I pull a 6K+ boat and was amazed at how easy it was to simply drive with traffic - and how well it accelerated from stop and at a roll. It really is a beast of an engine.

Unfortunately, with a 26' trailer, you will see mpg plummet.

I'm not expecting much in the way of economy when towing with trailer. Even my diesel mileage was poor when towing with it. As long as it has power to pull it with traffic, I'll be good to go.
