Thanks guys. I did try to call but it just rang. Granted, it may of been after hours. It was around 5-6:00pm when I tried. I don't do facebook or any of that stuff. I'm not trying to bash SSI, really. But it is what it is. I am still giving them the benefit of the doubt thou. I'm a patient guy, but I shouldn't have to wait for over a month for a paid service. And I shouldn't have to attempt to contact them by message, or email or phone for a month and get no reply. That's what really bothers me. I didn't get any response until I PM'd them from this forum. I shouldn't have to do that. I got a "We'll check into it", and nothing since. Maybe there is a personal problem, or something else within the company. I understand it may take some time to do this, but I've gotten tunes from two other vendors in less than a week.

Yeah, it's tough to try and deal with this kind of delay and be patient. Honestly, just google SSI and you'll see this is a re-occurring theme.
If they don't respond to you in the next few days, call VISA get your money back and talk to another tuner.

Still Nothing from SSi. Just so people will no. Today is Sept. 13th. I ordered two custom tunes on Aug. 3rd. Six weeks and still nothing from SSi. I've sent several contact messages on the website. I've sent several emails. I've called more than once with no answer. There even have been two very nice people on this forum, who have taken it upon themselves to step in on my behalf, and still nothing from SSi. Yes, I will be cancelling the payment.
