hi, this is the same winch and mounting bracket we used on our F-150 ecoboost. the following pics should help explain things clearly to anybody reading this:

stock intercooler is in the way of the winch and mounting bracket, remove this

^^winch mounting bracket that gets installed in the stock IC location, and bolts directly to the frame rails

this photos shows the winch mounted on the bracket, bolted in place. you can see the intercooler pipes on either side of it. It is important to note that you have to take care when wiring the winch and controller so the wires and terminals can not come near the intercooler and short out on it. also the silver connect/disconnect lever can pop-out to give you more clearance

It is not possible to rework the stock IC, because the dimensions are not quite right for fitting in the grille area. Also the endtanks are plastic so impossible to TIG weld and change the inlet/outlet

I don't know much about the dynamics of the CAC, but looking at the pics, can't you just add tubing/hose with clamps and move the CAC up more, in front of the grill?

Its a 4 year old thread. You may want to either PM the people who did it or the vendors.

Hi OP, here is a solution to the relocation and winch install within the bumper that I did. The intercooler relocation cost about 300 to DIY, and I have a parts list included in the attached thread. The YouTube video that I uploaded in the thread has a parts list as well as additional video links in the description of the video for visual reference on how to do the relocation install. The winch plate and winch was about 550 with the RC hidden winch plate. In total, about 850$ which is a lot cheaper than the Full Race relocation kit which cost 1300$ alone

. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Hope all is well and take care!
