Truck has 58000 miles on it. Tuned for last 18 months with Livernois. No problems; love the performance and reliability of this truck. Changed out my plugs at 45000 miles (looked decent, but differing gaps). Getting ready to change out brakes, only because my rotors are getting close to safe limits on the front. If I didn't tow 3000 miles with a 6000# trailer last month, I wouldn't bother for awhile, but better safe than sorry.

18K total miles, about 15k of that tuned. First six months tuned with SCT canned tunes, the last six months with SSI tunes. No problems since being tuned. No increase in mpg with the SCT tunes, but better performance than stock. I get about 2 mpg better mileage with the SSI tunes, tremendous boost in power and better tranny shifting than stock. Could not be happier.

2011 FX4 w/ 5.0 - 25,200KM (15,650mi). Had it since February 2012. No mechanical issues, just two failed door speakers and rattling windows. This is my wife's truck.
2013 XLT w/ EB - 44,000KM (27,340mi). Had it since April 2013. Two stumble and shudders and a driveshaft bump that the dealer can't seem to fix. Tailgate handle packed up and won't open, noisy front struts and a rattle in the front end over bumps. Doors sound like they're going to fall off when driving on washboard and bush roads. I'm torn on my feelings about it. Some days I love it, others it's a loveless piece. Has a Full-Race exhaust and intercooler.

2012 FX4 - 37k miles.
@16k miles went in for condensation issue and erratic shifting. Dealer did the most recent TSB.
@35k miles went in for CEL (cylinder 6 misfire), loss of power, white smoking, and erratic shifting. Dealer changed spark plugs, added a new deflector piece for the CAC and reflashed the transmission.
So far it's running fine. I'm averaging about 20.7 mpg on my daily commute. I don't know how much more water this engine can drink with something bad happening internally...but in the meantime...I'll keep enjoying the truck.

Almost 35,000 on mine bought new in Oct 2011 and only been to dealer once to adjust passenger door that would rattle it was a little loose and replace Ford emblem on tailgate it was tarnished and did not look good. I have been very happy with truck and may be trading in next couple of weeks for a 2013!
