modded 2011 5.0 Trans reflash.
I have a 2011 5.0 4x4.. I have added the boss intake, american racing headers, y pipe. All from 5 star with 91 octane performance tune. I occasionally feel the Trans shudder, hashness. My question is will the ford reflash do anything if I load 5 star tune after reflash. Can 5 star address the Trans issue, or is it an ford only fix? I plan on returning the truck to stock tune to take to dealer. Will this harm anything with boss intake and headers, I dont want to lose my custom tunes, but dont want to harm my truck either. Thanks.for any input.

If you flash at the dealer your strategy will change and you will need new tunes tho...
If mile builds a new tune from the strategy it "could" help. I doubt it.
Explain the shudder further.

Where do they put the new strategy codes?
I have had a driveteain reflash for the tranny along time ago. I also just ordered a 5* tuner, and gave the code off my computer.
But is the strategy code different then?

The shudder is mostly at highway speeds. It feels like it hesitates to down shift and vibrates. If that makes any sense? Just more harsh than it used to be. Also in town driving when up or down it will almost feel like it is slipping and I get a clunk.
