Default Major surging under heavy acceleration

I have a 2012 3.5l ecoboost in my f150. I have major lurching/surging issues under hard acceleration that starts at 4000 rpm and stops when reaching 5000 and above. only in that range. The truck lurches sometimes very violently. Does not matter the temp or humidity. No engine codes come on. truck has 55k miles.

No I haven't. If you could get me a link so I can see how to drill the weep hole. I see the plugs you are using in your truck and will probably use the same.

Thank you for your post.

I tried the plugs in my signature line due to the suggestions over on the raptor forum. So far I like them. If you are not tuned I'd gap them at .028

Had the same issue, drilled a weep hole - no change.
Changed the plugs - cured the problem.
