So I was at Badlands off road park in Attica, IN and I was going up a steep hill and stopped at the peak of the hill for about 25 seconds to see what was on the other side, when the Low Oil light came on and shut my truck off. I rolled it back down the hill and let it sit, restarted and it was fine. My thoughts are, there is to many safety features on this motor

Or, maybe the truck stalled and showed the low oil pressure light because the truck wasn't running?

No, I figured that since i was on such a steep angle that the oil went to the back of the oil pan... I am going to check it now though. But i am sure its from being on such a steep angle for a prolonged time. The Low Oil flashed on my LCD screen so I dont think its from stalling.

One of my friend here miss oil in is ecoboost and
No light came on !! The engine was ok but it was the time to change the truck. I hope the next guy who buy his truck at the dealer don t have to much problem!!

whats up, i also noticed the same thing happen in my 2010 5.4. it was today and i was at a job digging all day at my buddys house and at the end of his driveway was prettt steep. i would say half way up i lost traction due to gravel and had to stop, about 7 seconds later my oil light came on and shut the truck off. i was like whaaaaa??? so i backed down and on level and started back up fine. weird...
