None. FI doesn't need huge tb's like na except roots/top mount pd's. Its useless until quite a bit higher of a power level

A local shop tested one on an EB F150 and picked up a few hoursepower. I'll find out soon enough. I've had it in my garage since December, was supposed to be for my Flex but won't fit but it bolts right up to the F150.

Loaded up a Torrie 91 octane tune, truck now launches HARD on the street at 2500 RPM. In 2WD, 2nd gear gives a nice bark and just keeps on motoring.

curious to see some independent tests of the throttle body. I actually think that you might lose some lowend power but gain some up top. Look forward to seeing it tested.

Put your left foot on the brake, push accelerator with right foot until RPM reaches 2500 RPM and then release brake while fully depressing the accelerator pedal with right foot - hold neck afterword due to whiplash.

The curve peaks higher and HP is flatter, but the power comes on later in the run. I would have liked to have seen JUST the charge pipe with the tune, or at least them installed at different time...mainly because I would imagine that most of the HP (not a lot) is coming more from the charge pipe then the TB.

Correct FI can benefit from a larger TB. I upgraded to an 80mm hemi on my big turbo TT... you just got to have the supporting work behind it and the intake manifold has to flow that much. No point in putting a big TB if the intake manifold is tiny, the runners wont flow or the head wont ingest. Just doesn't benefit or not greatly benefit on stock snails.

I picked up 30hp from a different intake manifold on the TT, didnt have the money for a larger TB, then when i changed that picked up another 13 whp. I also went from a 65 to an 80 though.

probably and that is a mod i couldnt consider doing as i want the FR intercooler which replaces that pipe anyway if i am not mistaken.

I finally drove my buddy's Lariat with the Ecoboost towing an enclosed utility trailer. I can't believe how it can launch when towing! What an amazing powerhouse!
