Wow, received over 200 emails over the long weekend for updates. Please be patient and we will get them to you asap.
No need to flash back to stock first. When your updates are ready and I reply to your email, it will include instructions.
It was our Labor Day Weekend here, so we were closed Monday. You should have got an out of office reply with your email. We've never had this happen, but I will call AIW to see if they want it back or if we should exchange it. Also, you are on the list for an update today.

Got the new update! 4 tunes on the device is the coolest thing ever, no more logging on the computer to get new files which wasn't bad in the first place! Now I can scroll through the files which says stock, lms 87 performance, lms 91 performance, lms 93 v2 performance and 87 tow!! No more wondering which file your on hey guys! I emailed Rick about half an hour ago to retry loading cuz my internet problems and what not I thought he'd respond tommorow, no he responded in seconds and got me going! Thanks rick! That's really awesome customer service guys! I'm really excited about this it's fricking awesome love my livernois tune and the experiance I've had with them definetaly reccomend them to everyone with an ecoboost!!
